My Birth Philosophy

"Birth is transformative for all who have the privilege to witness it. We can be wounded or healed by birth. Those who support birth can be the conduits of the wounding or the healing.  I always seek to usher in the healing." 

My Doula Journey

After three fulfilling years of teaching HypnoBirthing, I felt a strong calling to the doula world. I made the leap from my full-time HR career to embrace my true passion: supporting families through the beautiful journey of birth. Although I had previously assisted friends and family during their births, I never envisioned doing this work professionally until the families I was teaching invited me to be present at their births. Following the arrival of my third child, a local birth center approached me to lead their childbirth education program and explore the role of a birth assistant. Since then, I have wholeheartedly dedicated myself to this path, actively supporting births for the past nine years. My doula training was completed through StillBirthDay.

Our Offerings

We offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet your individual needs.

In- Person Support

Just the Essentials

$1,000

  • 1 in-person/virtual prenatal
  • 1 Childbirth education session
  • Unlimited virtual support
  • 16 hours of continuous in-person labor support. Additional hours will be billed at an hourly rate of $30 per hour.
  • 1 Virtual Postpartum visit (1 hour)

The Journey

$1500

  • 3 in-person prenatal visits including a birth rehearsal
  • 1 Childbirth education session
  • Unlimited virtual support
  • 16 hours of continuous in-person labor support. Additional hours will be billed at an hourly rate of $30 per hour.
  • 1 Postpartum visit (2 hours)

The Guided Path

$2,500

  • HypnoBirthing Childbirth Education group class and materials (5 sessions, 3 hours each)
  • Access to Virtual Community Birth Class
  • Body Ready Method Assessment
  • 3 in-person Prenatal visits including a birth rehearsal
  • Unlimited virtual support
  • 16 hours of continuous in-person labor support. Additional hours will be billed at an hourly rate of $30 per hour.
  • 2 Postpartum visits (2 hours each)

The Birth Odyssey 

$3,500

  • Private HypnoBirthing Childbirth Education group class and materials (5 sessions, 3 hours each)
  • Body Ready Birth Workshop
  • Access to Virtual Community Birth Class
  • Body Ready Method Assessment
  • 3 in-person Prenatal visits including a birth rehearsal
  • Unlimited virtual support
  • 16 hours of continuous in-person labor support. Additional hours will be billed at an hourly rate of $30 per hour.
  • 2 Postpartum visit (2 hours each)
